Documentation
Fill out the registration form.
Two passport size photographs and a postcard.
Fill out CV in Spanish in European format (MTJ will provide a copy to the applicant).
In a note, mention whether or not you have previous work experience with a brief description; what is your motivation and what do you hope to achieve with the internship; In addition, indicate if you speak other languages, which one(s) and level, as well as writing.
Criminal and police records.
Two passport-size photographs (cooking students in uniform).
Certificate of good health medical examination.
Letter of proof from the School, Academy, Institute or University stamp and sign the internship agreement
Passport copy.
Proof of economic solvency of the interested person, parents or a relative who acts as a sponsor, through 3 bank statements.
For the 6 previous documents they must be certified by a lawyer and apostilled in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Signing of the Agreement accepting the terms and conditions for internships with the destination hotel or institution.
Others
The Internship Program in Spain consists of a Scholarship for placement in a hotel or restaurant.
Applies costs of procedures only and exclusively for documentation.
Does not include air ticket (the price is variable , it will depend on the date and final destination).
Travel medical insurance (essential for all travelers entering Europe) monthly cost to quote
Sim Card for telephony and internet in Europe (unlimited monthly service).

Hospitality, Tourism and Culinary Arts students can participate to be placed in 5-star hotels and restaurants with up to 7 Michelin forks.
This is the time to apply and set aside your space, in an experience that you will never forget, and that will undoubtedly mark your professional future.
The practice includes
Recruitment, placement in the assigned hotel for the practice, advice, orientation and monitoring: program available throughout Spain.
Costs of the required documentation, certifications and apostilles, as well as for the Visa and NIE (Spanish Identification Number) interview.
Accommodation, food and monthly financial aid of 300 Euros.
Informative talk prior to departure and arrival at the final destination.
Time of 6 months with extension to 12 months of professional practices.
Opportunity to work with a contract at the end of the 12-month internship.
Requirements
Be between 18 and 30 years of age.
Be a university student, academy, hotel and/or tourism school, culinary arts, travel agency, confectionery, technical training institutes, international relations or already be a Chef or professional graduate in any of these areas .
Apply for the special visa at the Spanish embassy. This procedure lasts approximately 60 days. and a cost to pay for visa.
It is not necessary to have previous experience, but it helps in the selection and establishment of the type of internship.
Knowledge of another language is not essential but it is an additional advantage (required for Front Desk or administrative positions).
Motivated, in good health, independent, open to learning and flexible with working hours.
